PWLL Refund Policy Amended
Paragraph 4.15.3 of our Operations manual has been updated to reflect that when the PWLL issues a refund, we only refund what WE collected. Sports Connect, our system provider, charges $3 per transaction as a nonrefundable fee and going forward, this will not be refunded.
